Pinnacle Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine
Woodstock, GA
McWhirter Realty Partners and Pinnacle Orthopaedics have started construction on a two-story, 33,000SF building on Towne Lake Pkwy in Woodstock. The building will house Pinnacle Orthopaedics' Clinic, Physical Therapy, MRI, and an Ambulatory Surgery Center with 5,000SF available for lease. The completion of this project is planned for Fall 2010.

Completed in the Summer of 2009, this 40,000SF building serves as the flagship office for Pinnacle Orthopaedics Austell Division. This building allows Pinnacle to provide complete orthopaedic care including Clinical Services, MRI, Physical Therapy and Outpatient Surgeries all under one roof.

Completed in Spring of 2009, this 2-story, 30,000SF building houses a total of 18 dental operatories, 18 medical exam rooms, an imaging suite, behavioral/mental health care facilities, children's outdoor play area as well as administrative offices and a community meeting room.

Kennestone East Office Park

This 2-building project was completed in the fall of 2007 and totals 55,000SF. Tenants include Georgia Commerce Bank, Advanced Aesthetic Surgery, Vein Clinics of America, Psychiatric Health Professionals, and Kennestone Neurology among others. McWhirter Realty Partners is currently planning a second phase for this project on an adjoining 1.4 acre site.

The first of four buildings was completed in late 2008 and is just under 30,000SF. Tenants include Piedmont Heart Institute, Piedmont Cardiovascular Imaging, Rockdale Orthopedic Center, Heavenly Care Pediatrics, and MD Pain Care. The remaining three buildings will be built in phases with the next building scheduled to start in late 2010.

Opened in January 2008, this project consists of a three-story, 60,000 square foot building. Hilo is the county seat for the Big Island of Hawaii.
This is the only air conditioned storage facility in Hilo, and has been very well received by the community.

Completed in the summer of 2008, this two-building retail project includes an 1,800SF build-to-suit for Starbucks and a 2,000SF building for a future retail tenant. This project is located on Church Street within walking distance of Wellstar Kennestone Hospital and the surrounding Medical Community.
